Salt began her journey in the furniture world in 1993, working in marketing for a furniture design studio based in South Wales. From there, she moved into manufacturing in the luxury market and gained her first taste of the commercial furniture industry. After years of honing her skills and navigating the nuances of the industry, Salt took the entrepreneurial leap, co-founding a successful business venture, Salt & Pegram, that spanned almost two decades.
Expressing her passion for the furniture dealer world, Salt stated, “I missed the dealer world, working with diverse manufacturers, and the creative process involved in delivering a complete furniture project. So now I have found my way back to where I belong.”
