Forest Grove’s new Development Service Annex (DSA) merged City Hall and their engineering building into one facility, with the goal of offering better connectivity between services, teams, and the public.

After 20+ years without significant furniture updates, we approached this major transition with care and empathy, leading a process of interviews with every department to learn about how their employees work. Now, they can focus on serving the public in a space built for community success.
