The two-story Emergency Operations Center, a sister building to Contra Costa County’s new Administration Building, was designed with advanced disaster management and public safety technology built for the future.
Replacing the county’s outdated facility, it now serves as a hub for planning, training, and media operations for the sheriff’s department. With a lecture hall, situation room, breakout conference spaces, fitness area, and offices, the EOC supports both daily operations and critical response needs with quality and longevity in mind.
