Our task: create an office that met this GC firm’s high standards for a quality build. Longtime IS partner HITT envisioned a space reflecting their values of approachability and craftsmanship. Guided by their “open door” philosophy, the design balances collaborative zones with focused, private settings.

Custom millwork and architectural walls highlight exposed plywood edges, warm wood tones, and refined metal finishes – details that reference their construction expertise. Sustainability informed the design throughout, from Allsteel’s O6 task chairs to recycled, eco-conscious fabrics and finishes.
