The Center for Design is a two-story, LEED Silver-certified facility built for learning and collaboration, with classrooms, labs, and event spaces under one roof. Our task was to support to school’s goal of creating flexible layouts that reconfigure easily for different teaching styles, learning styles, and events.

Gaming, coding, art, and design labs give students hands-on space to create, while the event center serves as a community hub for lectures, workshops, and exhibitions. Built for today’s needs and tomorrow’s technology, the Center fosters innovation and excellence at Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
